One of the best shopping experiences in a long time. Grace knew her stuff and what would suit my body shape. Also knew how different sizes would suit me. I thought I should go bigger but in-fact smaller was the way better option. Grace your a super star thanks so much. Made me feel positive about my body instead of ashamed. Thanks for the love.
Popped in for a quick look and ended up spending probably an hour looking through the racking and trying things on. The staff were 100/10 amazing!! There was another customer who had been in the store for HOURS, the manager was absolutely outstanding in assisting that customer and everything she threw at her. An absolutely tolerant angel of a human! Yesterday, I just happened to be at the right place at the right time. City Chic staff member Grace served myself and my support worker and is literally one of the nicest staff members ever, shout out to Grace. She helped with sizing, searching for stock and for being just plain lovely to me. It was so cold and severe weather but I'm happy with things I walked out of the shop with. Highly recommend this store. There is still a sale on ladies.... Go get super styled! Ask for Grace.
Went looking for a nice dress and came away with so much more. I was greeted by Grace and I explained my needs and she went above and beyond to find me the perfect dress. I was so confident in her ability to find what I needed that I proceeded to buy several dresses and some shoes. Thanks so much Grace, U made my day and restored my confidence 🥰
