Walked in today and a lady greeted me straight away. Informed her I needed an outfit for a birthday but I needed it comfortable but still stylish. She was on the ball game with majority of the items she chose for me and I greatly appreciated her help.. Hannah you are an amazing asset to your company and because of her willingness to help me I left with about 6 pairs of jeans a few tops and shirts and I was only meant to get one outfit.. but hey it made my experience there less anxious and so much more bearable.
Had the best service from Eleanor! We - I had my two reluctant kids in tow - were under a major time crunch and went in like a whirlwind a few weeks ago, needing a pair of shoes urgently for a formal event. For context, I have very large, narrow feet and find it hard to find shoes that fit well and couldn't find any modern, fashionable, affordable shoes elsewhere. I went into City Chic today and it was quite an experience as I always shop online. The shop had a good relaxing vibe to it, Vai (apologies if I have spelt her name wrong) acknowledged my presence and let me wander around looking. I felt no pressure to try anything on (although I was asked). Va showed me other items that were similar to what i was looking for and it was a fantastic experience because I walked out with clothes I wasn't planning on buying ESPECIALLY when I am waiting for an online delivery. Went in there a few weeks ago, tried posting a review earlier and it wouldn't let me but! absolutely wonderful staff, went in with my sister, didn't even mean to buy clothes but they have amazing clothes and I hadn't brought any new clothes in about 5 years but left with a bag full of clothes!
