Absolutely lovely experience. Staff are so friendly, the store has extremely good quality plus size clothing and I left feeling really happy with the outfit I bought.
Popped into City Chic last minute on Saturday afternoon (31 Jan) looking for a dress, and the team were absolutely amazing. I’m so gutted I didn’t get the name of the girl who helped me. She was incredibly accommodating and made me feel so comfortable shopping with my 4-month-old. My experience was at Manukau, late night Thursday just before Labour Weekend. The staff were kind & approachable, but it was NATASHA who helped me find my matching underwear set. (My top & bottom halves are NOT even). She was so pleasant to deal with, very helpful. I really appreciated her patience as I went from design to design (depending on availability in sizes), and advised the outfit I saw online was not in shops yet but online only. Love the friendly staff and a fantastic selection and everything fits right 1st time. Going in store is must do, I have had items found out the back and they are fantastic. Only place to shop for nice clothes.
