Generally helpful but it seems some staff have either no experience in customer service or have poor people skills. I patronise this shop as it is in the neighbourhood and i like to shop local. The shop is moving soon to North Rocky and I don’t think I’ll be going to them again. Such behaviour turns customers away from local business!
As a tourist in Rockhampton, i needed a new inner tube for my electric scooter and went into this store. Kylie served me and went way beyond what was expected of her in a number of ways. Cannot thank her enough fir the help and advise we received from her on the day. An assett to the shop.
Excellent range of bikes and helmets great service
Appalling service and work ethics
I got a new derailleur put on my mountain bike last week. Picked up my bike this morning. Not only was the wheel nor securely fixed it become apparent on my first ride that the bike was not test ridden before being handed over. I will be purchasing my best bike elsewhere.
