As a tourist in Rockhampton, i needed a new inner tube for my electric scooter and went into this store. Kylie served me and went way beyond what was expected of her in a number of ways. Cannot thank her enough fir the help and advise we received from her on the day. An assett to the shop.
Excellent range of bikes and helmets great service
Appalling service and work ethics
I got a new derailleur put on my mountain bike last week. Picked up my bike this morning. Not only was the wheel nor securely fixed it become apparent on my first ride that the bike was not test ridden before being handed over. I will be purchasing my best bike elsewhere.
Took my bike in last week, Had a flat tyre told them I was struggling financially and told them that the tube and tyre needed replacing but when I returned to pick it up they only charged for the tube and they said the tyre was okay as the glass that punctured the tube was tiny, Could of easily charged for replacing both and I wouldn’t never of questioned it but I appreciate the honesty and now will recommend this shop to everyone I know. Thank you very much!
