Would give zero stars if i could. The woman was extremely rude and condescending. Give this place a pass. Typical Rockhampton service here full of parochialism.
Generally helpful but it seems some staff have either no experience in customer service or have poor people skills. I patronise this shop as it is in the neighbourhood and i like to shop local. The shop is moving soon to North Rocky and I don’t think I’ll be going to them again. Such behaviour turns customers away from local business!
As a tourist in Rockhampton, i needed a new inner tube for my electric scooter and went into this store. Kylie served me and went way beyond what was expected of her in a number of ways. Cannot thank her enough fir the help and advise we received from her on the day. An assett to the shop.
