I had a really bad experience with City Centre Car Rental which made me regret going with them instead of a more established brand. good fit for travelers in small groups who are not-fussy, not time constrained and have low expectations of the rental company. firstly, while the location is described as "15-20minute away" from the airport, they do not bother to drive over for the pickup. for us, what this means is that from the time we reached the pickup point, we had to wait 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, before start... read more
Car was great, price was very competitive and service was good also.. would use again
Overall an good service however if you are travelling outside of their business hours the pick up and drop off process is clunky and challenging if you have young children. Our travel plans changed (flight time changed slightly) and the ability to drop the vehicle an hour earlier to our original booking wasn’t easy. We didn’t receive any response from them the day before during business hours when trying to coordinate an earlier drop off and therefore had to sort an Uber. This is an update and a change to my earlier review: Received a charge more than 3 months later for another rental on my credit card. It turns out another person with the same name has booked a car and I was charged for it. Service recovery was rather abysmal - it started by accusing the other individual of providing my credit card number and said there was nothing they could do if someone wanted to perpetuate a fraud on them. Cheapest car rental in Perth. We had a rather new MG5 that we thoroughly enjoyed. No hassle collecting and dropping off after hours. Was a pleasure everytime I had to WhatsApp them to confirm anything.
