PERMANENTLY CLOSED WITHOUT NOTICE! Tried calling several times and left messages trying to book and enquire about the pre paid Black Friday massages I paid for ($400 worth.) I thought it was a red flag that the numbers were mobile numbers and one only had a voicemail converted to text option, which is very unprofessional. DO NOT BOOK HERE OR AT ANY CITY CAVE LOCATION. They have been advertising heavily now the stores appear to be closed down and phone lines disconnected.
Gawn. Closed. Never to return. Would give minus -1million if I could. Closed without warning at the end of November. Buyer beware of this whole brand. Still selling black Friday specials and taking bookings right up to the time they closed. A very unstable business and group. Don't waste your time or your money. Very poor customer service, they pick up calls and don't return call either.
Edited to 1 star, very poor customer service, they don't pick phone call or call back from appointments, looks especially bad when I have pre-paid for two floats. Clearly very helpful for my wellness. Floating the closest you can get to being an astronaut and experiencing ZERO G. Enjoyed my first and definitely not last float. Amazing ambiance and friendly staff. Well priced when compared to other places. Bonus it's not a float pod, it a float pool!!!
