I love this spot! It’s so wonderful and I always feel pampered and while taken care of here. Highly recommend Jessica. She always manages to make me leave feeling beautiful and happy. It’s very relaxing and My husband just got me a gift there for Valentine’s Day because he knows how much I love it!

If you are looking for a place to completely disconnect and hit the 'restart' button on your brain, this is it. I’ve been to a few wellness centers, but the vibe here is on another level. The ambience of City Cave is impeccable. Even after a long stressful day and slight delay to appointment, the staff was understanding and made the best of the rest of my allotted time. Staff made sure I was comfortable before, during, and after my appointment. Will definitely come back when I’m in the area!
Had the best experience at city cave! We were greeted by Laura at the front desk. She is kind, attentive, gave us a tour, and explained everything very well for it being our first experience! The infrared sauna was amazing, the float pool therapy was super relaxing and a one of a kind experience for relaxation a must try, and the massage therapists ( Jaime and rebecca) were amazing with hot stones and deep tissue!
