You should let your customers know that packages are valid for 3 months only. Good luck trying to arrange a booking that is suitable for you especially if you want to bring a friend. Communication is horrendous. Bought a $367 package which they refuse to refund based on every single time I call and make an appointment that suits me their are unable to accommodate. They flat out refuse to refund. Would never recommend it’s caused me nothing but stress.
Very relaxed atmosphere, staff very informative and helpful, nice clean and modern environment. Highly recommend.
