Owner Nelson is a huge rip off! I paid him in FULL back in April 2018 and he even asked me did I need any extra money. On 9/1/2018 I get a letter in the mail that I’ve been turned over to collections. How the hell do one get turned over to collections when they have literally paid they balance in FULL. I have been calling Nelson since I got the letter on Saturday and still he have not answered the phone for me nor have he returned my call. Stay away from this place I repeat stay away from this place.
This company is a rip off. The will not honor the 5 day grace period that you have to pay the payment. I was told that I have a 5 day grace period to pay the payment. Today 7/15 was my payment date and I received a text from Mr Nelson stating that my payment was due and that he is going to repo my car....I then called my financing company and they informed me that Mr Nelson can not repo my car because I am not the lein holder on the account and I am not through paying for it.
