I was involved in an accident for which I took full responsibility and informed the company that I would be handling the damages through my personal insurance. Despite this, they charged my credit card $6,000 for the damages and added a $250 administrative fee. Hi, I’ve been renting from your company regularly for over three months now. Unfortunately, I’ve had a very unpleasant experience with one of your front desk staff members. He is often rude, unhelpful, and seems unwilling to understand customer concerns. I don’t recall his name, but he’s the gentleman with no hair. very good and affordable prices. Staff are very friendly as well. We were in a rush and Inderpaul was nice enough to finish our paperwork soon.
