I have always loved city beach and never had this problem but the past 2 times shopping there I’ve come home worn my new clothes once , washed them (as directed on the tag) and both times after the first wash on my new items I can’t wear those clothes again, I this is the second time it’s happened the first time was a pair of pants I’ve wanted for so long I’ve worn then washed them and then they do not fit , now these shorts I’ve bought I’ve worn them washed them and went to put them on today and cannot wear them literally 2... read more
Very unorganised, poorly designed and messy store. Clothes everywhere, not in any order, just a mess. Bag hanging on the roof? Clothes too high to reach. Over half the change rooms are closed off? The other rooms used for storage or something as you customers have to wait in big queues.
Staff at the store were super friendly, more so an issue with the company's return system. Tried to bring in an online order because of a wrong size. Store couldn't exchange so I had to get a refund. Staff informed that I couldn't get the full price back, as I bought them on sale with another item. Kinda puts you in an awkward position when you have to pay even more to buy them again online, seems like this could be easily fixed.
