Huge thanks to Lexi for being so kind and helpful even though I walked in 10 minutes before closing!
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Had a heap of clothes and no one offered to take them to a change room, staff busy gossiping behind counter and avoiding customers. I had to get out the change room and get fully changed 5 times to look for new sizes because no one would come to see if I need help. My mum had the same experience the other day buying swimwear. No wonder they are working bottom of the barrel jobs. You guys suck!
Fantastic experience
The attitude of the young brunette girl working at the counter today was absolutely disgusting and extremely unprofessional. As a retail worker myself it’s a terrible look for a business having workers treating customers so poorly, I wish I never stepped foot instore and will not be returning.
Staff here are incredibly rude. Regional Management needs to do something about this considering the amount of negative reviews in such a short time. Call the pest control, the attitude of the girls working here is disgusting.
