I tried to go into the store ( Tuggerah) 11am on this day to purchase some shoes even order them if need be. i knew the shoe style and color i wanted. (3 different ones). instead of saying we don't have it or looking in the computer in front of them, one said we don't have Etnies then turned to the next one and she asked then she said just go and look for yourself. i had already looked and was unable to see any kind of order in the separate shoe piles! Went in today after having a pleasant experience with the staff on Thursday had a nice conversation with the cashier lady very nice and helpful and the staff at the front of the store, today was the complete opposite huge line waited for 20 minutes while the other staff just walked in circles back and forth behind the counter. Went in because i needed a new pair of vans, tried on and settled for the ones pictures with a clear $99.99 price tag underneath (which was part of the reason we decided to get that pair) went and waited 10 minutes in the line to pay only to be told they were $150. We said it says $99 on the ticket and all they could say was "oh i guess they are just in the wrong spot" that is not good enough. Why is it my problem if your staff cant correctly label the items.
