My friends bought me a gift, but the store told them they couldn’t provide a gift receipt. Now I’ve come to exchange the item — brand new, in its original bag, with all tags — and I was treated like a liar at the counter. Instead of helping the customer, they just make things harder. Why should I have to come back another day or bother the person who bought me the gift, just because the staff didn’t do their job properly in the first place? Honestly, it’s disappointing — but not surprising, given the store’s low rating.

I bought shoes yesterday in this store that already sells worn or defective items with stains and small holes... but cheaper. I wanted to exchange my pair of shoes today because they were too small but the manager categorically refused, telling me that I had worn them out. I tried them on and walked in them for less than 2 minutes, the time to realize that they were small. We spent more than $200 yesterday and we are regular customers. Customers are not a priority. I went in on a weekday, staff all over the store, however a giant line waiting to pay, only one register open. The staff at the counter chatting & doing paper work avoiding eye contact with customers. When I was finally served I said to the girl she must be the only one working today, she said no, just we are only having one register open. Well how about open another?
