The staff and especially the displays and store arrangement is the best city beach I have had the pleasure to visit , Kirra helped us find exactly what we wanted and made us feel awesome
A very nice girl called Hollie served me on the counter and she was lovely. I was having trouble reading the pricing but she happily helped me out. However, when trying on my clothes it wasn’t pleasant. A girl with brown hair (tall and skinny) was really sassy to me and made me feel unwelcome. 3 stars out of 5.
The lady in the dressing room at Pacific fair (black hair blue eyes) was really rude twice and started yelling at us and said that she’d call security even though we were just trying to try some dresses with my friends
Racist Staff. I literally bought a pair if sandals and wore them for 10 mins before they ripped two holes in my skin. I limped back to the store as luckily i was nearby and the manager literally didn’t even look at me while I was explaining and showing my injured feet. He said that there was nothing wrong with the shoe and this was “my opinion.” He called me disgusting and told me to get out of the store. Overall experience disappointing due to a lack of professionalism and courtesy from the counter staff on Saturday 3 May 2025 at 12:05pm. I was ignored while stock was being handled behind the counter, and the team appeared more interested in discussing how ‘over it’ they were than engaging with customers. Basic customer service standards were not met.
