I went to buy an Adidas thongs and the one that had on displayed was not my size. I spotted the one I wanted hanging over a desk, I asked both of the young shop assistants and they said sorry that is all we have. No intentions of piling it up and sale even when I said, well they won’t sell hanging there! Not selling spirit at all, pretty unmotivated. I when right next door and I bought them cheaper although different colour and I bought extra clothing.
Stood in the line for almost 15 minutes with 2 people in front of me only to be ignored when I said hello to the girl working the till, and even when I said goodbye she said nothing. Was quite shocked at the level of ignorance. Quite overpriced clothing and sales are never any good even on Boxing Day and after Christmas. Unfortunately won’t be returning any time soon.
Always so slow behind the counter, stood there for about 5-10mins waiting for our purchase to be put through the till and put into a bag. They need a better system! Also false advertising, clothes werent even on special like the big signs said, weren't given a proper itemised receipt to check and when we added everything up it was clear not one single item was on sale.
customer service made me feel very un welcomed today when I asked to try on some sunglasses. I’ve brought 3 pairs in the last 6 months from this shop. Possibly will be the last time
