Rudest staff, no interest in helping you let alone talking to you. Stood at counter waiting for over 5 mins to pay for something while two girls talked amongst themselves and didnt even acknowledge me.
Awful customer service. The lady who greeted me was lovely , but the worker with dark , long hair was terrible! I stood at the counter for 10 minutes this afternoon as she stood on her phone texting and watching videos in clear view of where I was standing and didn’t want a bar of serving me. She asked the other lady to serve me really rudely and she continued on her phone! I don’t know what they think customer service is but it wasn’t that😂 Do better!!
Look I don’t know how you train your staff but going off the reviews I would think customer service would be better. To be honest, I went into your store. Got what I needed and then was at the counter for at least 15 minutes whilst staff were walking past me looking in my direction while I had a screaming toddler in the trolley. They obviously knew that I was ready to be served as I greeted them waiting patiently. And all they did was walk off either out to the back room, or stand around and look like space cadets. Good range, but bloody slow service. I ended up putting what I wanted back and leaving while a couple of staff seemingly stood about looking into space.
I was in the Nowra Stockland store on Sunday to purchase a pair of shoes for my grand daughter. The customer service was terrible they were more interested in standing at the check out talking among them selves and buying products for them selves , when I was served it seemed like it was such an effort and to make it worse the guy who served me couldn’t fit the shoes back in the box so he put the half packed shoe box in a bag , these where not a cheap pair of thongs they where a $130 pair of Converse that my grand daughter w... read more
