Worst service! One day I stood in line for over 10 minutes in the checkout line with 1 person serving but there was multiple staff walking past me putting stock away. I ended up leaving without the product I wanted to buy I went back 2 days later to the same experience. 1 girl serving and 1 girl just looking at the other register screen ignoring me for ages. I'm sure putting stock away isn't as important than actually putting a sale through?
Terrible customer service.. would leave 0 stars but had to leave 1 to post this….
The customer service here is terrible! We were browsing and shopping, my husband tried on shoes, he liked them so we set them in the trolley with the rest of our purchases, just to be told to give the shoes and they will be at the counter waiting for us.. I politely said we have other items, we're still shopping to receive a reply of "there fine, ill take the shoes"..
