I’ve been to city beach once, 2 minutes before the closure. the staff were so nice asking us if we needed anything. but I was wondering if you guys have Nee-Dohs in stock? next time I go there I would really want to buy one if u guys have any in stock
city beach is by far one of my favourite clothing stores especially with summer coming up ive been buying all my beach essentials lately and mt druitt is my go to location. the customer service is amazing and the team members help me feel comfortable trying on different clothing and helping with what i rly want to buy, especially izaiah as he helped me find some good outfits and even showed me clothing i hadnt seen yet which i rlly liked.
(Writing on behalf of my Girlfriend) Just went in about 25 mins ago to buy a jacket young girl followed me around the store and approached me multiple times, I didn’t witness her asking any other customers for assistance I’ve worked in retail before for 4 years and I know the protocol of how to approach people when they are being. suspected of stealing and I felt like I was being profiled as someone who was a thief. Ill never come back to this store, I was unfairly targeted
Bad vibe in that place. No hello no smiles and to top it off they always open late!!
