(Writing on behalf of my Girlfriend) Just went in about 25 mins ago to buy a jacket young girl followed me around the store and approached me multiple times, I didn’t witness her asking any other customers for assistance I’ve worked in retail before for 4 years and I know the protocol of how to approach people when they are being. suspected of stealing and I felt like I was being profiled as someone who was a thief. Ill never come back to this store, I was unfairly targeted

City Beach has turned into the next Paul's Warehouse, not organised with crap everywhere. Prices are excessive for crappy products
I almost didn't buy the thing I came in for because I didn't want to give them service. I'm disgusted with the staff, had to help myself because they wouldn't help me even though I was asking questions. Whoever worked today need serious speaking to. To make it even worse, they had who appeared to be their boss or manager on speaker phone yelling at them about their work efforts/customer service. The entire store could hear making a very unpleasant environment
Rude staff. Customer service skills zero. Obviously the staff member didn't want to be there. 13/12/23 at 3.45pm. No thank you, no smile.
