Staff are non attentive towards customers at all and when I went and tried some clothes on every items security tag was placed in the most inconvenient spots and made it extremely uncomfortable to try on. As I was leaving the store there was a massive puddle of drink spilt on the ground and when I brought it to a team members attention he blatantly said he’s too busy to deal with it and to ask someone else to. My experience at city beach Maroochydore was overall terrible, Staff need to be taught how to do their jobs!

The store like most of the ones I've been in are useless at getting customers out at the register. You can stand there for ages waiting. I didn't wait, I left. One staff member serving and other wandering around without any sense of urgency. Get better management your staff are slack!

Very disappointing experience. I spent over an hour waiting in line just to pay for the clothes my daughter had chosen. The checkout process was extremely slow and poorly managed. A simple shopping trip became stressful and exhausting. Definitely needs better organization and more staff available at busy times.

Buying a needoh ball for my son, being in the queue for a while to pay, after reaching the counter the staff at the reception said “sorry it has been increase in price and we didn’t have a change to change the price so now it’s $5 more” It’s bullshit. The price what on the display is the price what you sell to the customer. The excuse is not acceptable. Buy it at mrtoy people, it’s much cheaper and better service.
