Buying a needoh ball for my son, being in the queue for a while to pay, after reaching the counter the staff at the reception said “sorry it has been increase in price and we didn’t have a change to change the price so now it’s $5 more” It’s bullshit. The price what on the display is the price what you sell to the customer. The excuse is not acceptable. Buy it at mrtoy people, it’s much cheaper and better service.
I understand there may be a fitting room item limit, but the way it was enforced felt unnecessarily rigid and uncomfortable. I was simply trying to mix and match outfits, and the interaction lacked basic customer service warmth. Policies are fine… delivery matters
The experience is good. Lots of clothing and hats on the racks. And a great shoe selection as well.
I am absolutely mortified by my experience at this City beach. I was in the change room with the door completely closed - I forgot to lock the door which was definitely stupid of me, however, as I am finishing up I hear a knock on my door. Not even a second later and Before I could even respond, the girl working at the change rooms flings the door open on me. I see you have reviews on how terrible the customer service is and how you don't have people trained to use registers so you leave your customers waiting for such a long time! and clearly nothing has changed. We waited for AGES the other day. And its not about being in a rush. Its about common courtesy and better planning by management. People will just stop buying things from you.
