Very polite, amazing customer service and amazing staff. My go to store for my husband and they never disappoint, never had a issue with stock size for my husband and kids.
The customer service in this store is horrible. While the staff at the counter were busy chatting with each other, there were atleast 2 girls (that I could see) in the change rooms but not in a cubicle, shoving clothing items into their backpacks. The staff clearly weren’t paying attention to what was happening on the shop floor. When I went to pay, the checkout experience wasn’t any better. It felt rushed and like customer service just wasn’t a priority. I wasn’t asked for my email to receive rewards points either.
Oi! what’s this data mining scam the city beach stores are running. “What’s your email for the receipt” - scammer dictionary meaning: Sign up to our marketing and receive multiple emails a week until you get over it and unsubscribe in several months time. This is not this store specific this is the 3rd store I’ve had do this to me this week.
