Went in on the weekend and was served by a man Angus brilliant customer service was easy and communicated well and made it easy to find certain clothes. Positive and delightful attitude brilliant customer service will be back again

girl with black hair, had tattoos a spider idk if it was a real tattoo on her arm has such off putting energy- customer service was so awful which is a shame because i was so happy to buy something for her to ruin my mood- a simple “hello” and “have a good day” would have sufficed or even a “no worries” when i said thank you, i put it down to her having a off day but she was so pleasant to my friend. not a girl i would have working at my store..didn’t even ask if i was a member.. fix your attitude
I went into the store yesterday to purchase a bikini for my upcoming overseas trip on my day off. I went to the counter to purchase and met with attitude immediately. I decided to buy a set as it was buy one get one 50% off on full price items. I questioned the worker regarding the sale after she put through the payment as full price.
