Worst service I’ve ever had in retail, rude and unhelpful. Found a nice tank top went to buy it and the queue was insanely long, decided it wasn’t worth it. Do not recommend
I entered the Erina Fair store today Saturday 8th of November at 2pm and walked around trying to locate someone to help me. Store was full of people and not one staff member on the floor. There was 2 ques of people 6 deep and only two girls behind the counter. Very disappointing customer service with no one there to help with customer inquiries. I had no option but to walk out and shop elsewhere.
went into City Beach erina today. I had picked out a bracelet and was walking around browsing with a friend, there was a large group of people near the entrance so my friend and i walked around to get to the other side of the isle — because i was holding a bracelet and i stood too close to the buzzers , the alarm suddenly went off. Great customer service this afternoon. The friendly young lady went out of her way to help sort a refund for me. Will definitely be happy to purchase from the Erina store again.
