Came here last Monday. Not a hello, not a goodbye. Just a ‘do you want a bag’, no customer service whatsoever. I don’t understand retail stores hiring people who can’t even get the basics down.

Out of all 3 workers at the registered yesterday, not one had a clue what they were doing. I heard multiple times “I need my manager to sort this but they’re on break” How about, go get your manager from the back to sort out the problems. That’s the role of a manager, whether you’re on break or not. My problem apparently couldn’t be resolved so i didn’t end up purchasing the bikini I wanted. As I was literally putting my wallet away, the girl serving me yells “NEXTTT” so so loudly and rude
I came in Saturday to secure some black Friday deals and I must say the service delivered by a young man named Hunter was exceptional. He was attentive, made sure I was happy with everything and offered his full assistance in helping me find a Christmas present for my grandson. Lovely service! 😀😀
Placed a click and collect order and while it was ready within the hour upon collection and getting home I realised I was given the product I ordered but the wrong size! Ordered 32oz water bottle but given the 24oz. Maybe they need to be triple checking the correct item is being picked before finalising the order. Thankfully the size I ordered was still in stock!!
