Really poor customer service from the shoe sections to the register. Lack of training shows. No one is ever offering to help with sizes, once you find someone they just leave you with boxes of shoes and disappear. The last 4 times I've shopped here we've had the same experience.
The workers are horrible always so rude questioning us for just walking around calling security even though we bought a jumper and some jewellery don’t recommend going there

Was served by a young gentleman named Che this evening and had absolutely zero complaints. As always, late night shopping proved to be very hectic and my discount code was not working. I was already over the crowds, but he was incredibly patient with me and assisted as much as he could without showing any signs of stress or frustration. Was very pleased with his service this evening and hope he receives the recognition he deserves!
Incompetent staff all round especially management. Customers lined up half way down the store and the register staff just stuff around going super slow making us wait even longer. Then the system went down and they didn’t bother to tell us, we were just left standing there with no communication. Then I was served by someone who charged me twice for a bag.
