I’m writing to express my outrage at the disgusting way my friends and I were treated by three staff members at your store. We walked in after school for late-night shopping, and were suddenly accused of theft over a missing tag. Without proof or reason, staff publicly humiliated us, demanding to search our school bags in front of other customers, telling us to “look up” for the cameras, and threatening to call both police and our school. Disgraceful place , should be ashamed of yourselves !!! On the 13/11/25 my daughter - 15 years of age was wrongfully accused of theft, police were called & NOT an apology from this shops pathetically run management!!!!! They didn't comply with their policy and procedures , nil sincere apology and made three young ladies hysterical in front of the public , NOT on !!! Look forward to issuing a formal report !!!!
The girls that work here, especially the lady with orange hair, are sour as hell and clearly hate their jobs. Maybe time to move on ladies. Wont be coming to this city beach again!
So today 29/07/25 come with my girl she is from PNG right all good, the people in the store were welcoming she went to find a dress she couldnt find after went she went out one of the staff member ask for her to open her bag but the think why the white girls could leave without open a bag and mu black girl needs just RACISM crazy, because i live in city and when i go to city stores they treat you nice they dont see colour, just sad and thanks for nothing
Horrendous quality control.. Have worn this lucid jumper 3 times and the pockets are already ripping off. I’ve had it for such a short time that it hasn’t even been washed. Bit of a joke considering it’s a $60 jumper. It won’t even last me 6 months at this rate. Won’t be purchasing again that’s for sure.
