Excellent customer service
Good store, have really nice jeans.
Terrible/no service. Staff wandering around with blank faces not offering any help. I had to go to the counter to ask if someone could assist with shoes and received a non-committal ‘in a minute’. Then proceeded to wait for 20 mins while they tried to locate a size that they definitely had as the pair was on display. Was told they couldn’t find it. Offered no alternatives, walked out with no shoes.
This isn't about the store but about the website. The website is sooo slow. Not only that, I get to the checkout and it tells me to select an Auspost collection BUT doesn't give you an option to select anything. I've tried multiple browsers, cleared all cache and still doesn't work. Absolutely USELESS!!
No service!!! I went in with items I had found online and the young man searched for them and said they should have it, pointed to where I had already looked and said he had to serve and he would be back. I waited and realised he had gone on doing something else and not given me another thought. I have ordered it online and now have to pay postage. Don’t they realise their jobs r in jeopardy with online shopping.
