This isn't about the store but about the website. The website is sooo slow. Not only that, I get to the checkout and it tells me to select an Auspost collection BUT doesn't give you an option to select anything. I've tried multiple browsers, cleared all cache and still doesn't work. Absolutely USELESS!!
No service!!! I went in with items I had found online and the young man searched for them and said they should have it, pointed to where I had already looked and said he had to serve and he would be back. I waited and realised he had gone on doing something else and not given me another thought. I have ordered it online and now have to pay postage. Don’t they realise their jobs r in jeopardy with online shopping.
A few days ago, I went shopping and discovered after returning home that the clerk was missing a belt. I called the store to inquire, and they acknowledged the situation. The next day, I went back to the counter to ask about the belt, but the clerk said they needed to check with the security camera before contacting me by phone to discuss whether the product would be returned or if a refund would be given. Several days passed without any further news. So far, I haven't received my refund or the product.
Bad customer service… apparently they tagged a piece of clothing wrong and wanted me to pay for their mistake, not the actual price that was on the tag. The process of getting for the tag price had to be discussed between 3 staff members and took forever. Just not coming back again
