Staff great but you need someone floor to assist customers. Particularly at Christmas.
Went into this store today and ran into a friend I haven’t seen for ages. Only for a staff girl to interrupt our dialogue and say “you don’t look like you’re buying anything, if you want to chat go outside”. Which we found extremely unprofessional and rude. We were in fact planning to buy something but after this unpleasant interaction, all we wanted to do is just leave the store. Don't accept eftpos giftcards, only credit cards. What a rort. Update to owner: Then talk to your Warringah Mall store. They sent us away saying the giftcard I bought for my daughters birthday was no longer accepted there despite the City Beach logo being on the card.
Terrible service!! 10 people waiting but only 1 person allowed to serve asked manager she said they have to have 3 people on the floor and only one person to serve! Waited 20 mins then left
