Really disappointed with the service this Sunday at around 2pm. 3 sales staff were behind the counter 2 talking when I approached and asked if I could have some assistance at the sunglasses display case. I planned to purchase 2 sets of Rayban sunglasses. One for myself and one for my wife. We waited for about 10 minutes as the staff moved around. 1 disappeared and returned and still no assistance, I assumed one had gone for the keys to the locked case. Staff here need to go into Baku at DFO to see how well they do customer service because of the 3 Staff standing around at the counter chatting, merely looking up and acknowledging my presence was too hard
This store is great, customer service impeccable, the products even better. They always go out of their way to help as best they can despite how busy it can be. The organisation is what you’d expect from an outlet store, but the staff make it as easy to see and make the products as accessible as they can be. The shoe rack is crazy, but their wide selection of good quality low price shoes is definitely one to check out. Overall I love this tote and would definitely go back. God bless everyone😁🙏🫶🫶.
