DISGUSTING service. Suzanna overstepped the boundaries of my friend who told her to STOP but she ignored. She was in pain and was triggered from trauma and she left the place crying and feeling traumatised by the HORRIBLE service. This should never have happened. So disgusting and disappointing.
I’ve seen multiple physiotherapists here, as well as the podiatrist, and they’ve all been excellent. The receptionists are also lovely and welcoming. I highly recommend this place, the care is great and the location is very convenient.
I have been having sessions with Zac since February of this year. I had never been to a physiotherapist before so I didn’t know what to expect. Since the first session Zac has been amazing. I always come out of the sessions feeling a lot lighter. My injury and other things have been mentally and physically challenging this year, so I find myself getting emotional sometimes during sessions and Zac handles this with kindness and tissues! I recently saw Michael Vadiveloo at City Baths Spinal & Sports Medicine Clinic for an initial knee consultation and was really impressed. He took the time to listen and made sure I understood everything, which I haven't experienced with other physios. Michael was knowledgeable, approachable, and made me feel supported with a clear care plan. The session was worth the cost, and I left with my knee feeling genuinely improved. Highly recommend if you want thoughtful, thorough physiotherapy.
Alicia is absolutely amazing. She’s honestly the best medical professional that I have ever seen. I can’t explain how much relief I have experienced since I’ve been seeing her for a back injury. She’s super kind, respectful, highly educated in injury recovery and always listens to me. I look forward to every session and I would see her for the rest of my life if I could. I highly recommend seeing her!
