My first time coming here I was greeted in a rude manner.. I wanted to know more about the services they provide and immediately off the rip.. the lady I spoke to went back-and-forth, asking me what I needed from their Facility.. then when I asked she said “IM NOT TAKING NEW CLIENTS”.. not sure why she spoke so rude but I did not feel welcome nor do I recommend anyone to go here considering it’s supposed to a wellness centre.
Amy and the City and Soul team have created such a warm, welcoming, and cozy space that's open for everyone. The workshops that are held here are beautiful, intentional and so grounding from the Nervous System Resets to unique workshops like "The Funeral Within" as well as many others!! If you're looking for community, City and Soul might be your spot!
City and Soul is a gem of a space! I've rented the studio for the last 4 months and have had a wonderful experience; students often comment on how warm, inviting, and peaceful the space is. It's fully stocked with mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets and almost anything else you need. Denise, Amy, and Tanjeryne have created a supportive, intentional collective that I'm so happy to be a part of!
I have attended many offerings by Amy including reiki, nervous system reset and satsangs. I love the safe, positive energy environment. Amy is tuned in and has some special gifts to share!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this space and the community it has cultivated. It has been pivotal in my healing and growth journey. Each practitioner within the collective is passionate about creating a space that is relaxing, welcoming and inclusive. Allowing you leave better than when you entered.
