Xavier with Citrus Mortgage LLC was awesome from start to finish. We were deeply involved in multiple activities during the time the mortgage was being arranged. Xavier Lawrence was incredible and extremely knowledgeable. He was responsive, helpful, and explained issues that came up along the way to pre-approval. My husband and I always felt informed and communicated with. We ultimately bought a home with a builder who had a buyer’s incentive to use an in-house lender, but Citrus Mortgage and Xavier were irreplaceable in our home-buying journey.
I cannot begin to say how great it was working with CMA. Xavier was amazing and worked through issues, always remaining in contact and keeping us up to date. We wound up going with a new build with incentives that required an in-house lender so we had to go in a different direction.
