Xavier was a nice guy, but the approval he got me was awful. I got a mortgage preaproval from 3 different companies to compare approval rates. This company was by far the worst. Despite me having a 800+ credit score, this very unreasonable preapproval made it impossible to find anything decent to purchase & the conditions were rudiculous. The approval amount was ridiculously low & on top of that, it was a requirement to make seller pay most of closing cost.
