Ed was great. He listened to our concerns and made sure we understood every step in the process and answered our many questions very promptly. Our insurance was a pain but he definitely went above and beyond for us. He was always there when the insurance sent someone to check on the roof and even was up on the roof himself. Very knowledgeable. We highly recommend him.
Mr. Stickles represented me in a case against an insurance company regarding damages to my roof. He was referred to me by the roofing company I hired to assess the damages. Throughout the few months it took to come to a settlement, Mr. Stickles kept constant contact with me and would provide updates as quickly as they appeared.
