A++++ Great experience overall. Didn't wait long and was in an out pretty quickly. Office opens at 8:30 am and got in line at 8: 00 am. I was 4th in line. Me and my husband went in this morning to each get a new license, change our address and renew 12 registrations. Shawntavia helped us. She was Awesome and very welcoming. She is very positive, has a great personality and was very patient. You are lucky to have her on your team. It was a pleasant and great experience.
Returning a tag no longer needed,in and out in about 5 minutes.
THE WORST! After making a trip to pay property taxes on Monday 12/23/24 I returned home and taxes remained unpaid. THEY ARE CLOSED MONDAY, TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY FOR CHRISTMAS! No wonder Apopka Avenue will never get paved, thanks Citrus County from a taxpayer that has paid tens of thousands of property taxes the last few years.
10 years of excellent service. Those that think this is not run well should try to navigate the tax office in Palm Beach County. No complaints here.
