One toilet is broke always don't flush correctly. One stall door don't lock and stays open. 80% of time restrooms are extremely dirty urine and poop on toilets. If you tell staff is dirty they don't fix it. They don't care.

The busses are generally on time the drivers are all humble people the only issue here is it looks like a third world country stop actually worse they did pay a few people to throw a little paint on the place still looks depressing it probably hasnt been pressure washed since it has been built wouldnt even take 2 hours to do so also we have nice lakes that are filled with trash that they pay peaple to actually clean

Schedule says bus will be here at 6:23am!! Got here around 6:20am, no bus came. Everything I go to the terminal I sit there & watch the drivers and security talk about me. I do everything I can to plan ahead and they still don't care. Can't take an early bus because this is the earliest they come out. But that's OK I'm just report this to DOT for failed services. They all stand there laughing at me and don't wanna talk to me but they can pass stop before time is allowed.
