Please be aware of this guy FABIAN apparently his a tax resolution agent. He will say his helping you but in my case he always told me he was in contact with the irs and when I called the irs they had no idea on who he was or his company CITO TAX and had no knowledge about him representing us. when I confronted him he continued to lie. i just received a call from him today saying he would no longer represent us since i was not giving him all he requested for.
