Had no issues when it was CUB.. had them for almost 20 years. Not impressed at all with German American or their lack of availability on Saturdays. Lately mobile services are constantly down which is a huge pain too Edit- Response.. it happens almost weekly.. currently unavailable again
Went to cash a check from Germany American bank someone wrote to me and they ask for a $40 fee for not being a customer. This will be the last check I ever accept from anyone who banks with them.
I like this branch because they know me when I walk in. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
When I pulled this page up to write this review I was honestly shocked it did not have 5 stars. This is the best bank, and financial institution I’ve been to in general. I’ve been with German American Bank for 5 years now and this is the best branch ever. Every single person that works in here is stellar, and they genuinely care about the people that bank here.
