I would have left one star if it weren’t for customer service—that’s the only positive. If you own a business, I do not recommend opening an account here unless you “know someone who knows someone.” This experience has been highly disappointing. People say most businesses don’t last a year, and sometimes it’s not because the business is a bad idea it’s because owners don’t have the right tools and support. I see that many people have had favorable experiences at the Rockbridge Rd location; unfortunately, I have not. It has been my experience that the basic customer service skills are subpar at Rockbridge except for the fair skin, female teller with short hair. She's always the one greeting me as I enter, greeting me as I go and attentive and engaging during the transaction. I have worked with everyone in the Location in STONE MOUNTAIN and I am always impressed at the smiles and the customer service that I get when I’m there. I have also gone to other branches and never felt like I was appreciated like I am in this location so kudos to this whole team
I love coming to this branch. Mrs. Heather was/is very polite and helpful. She has given me some great customer service/support. She’s a shining star in her branch.
I love going into Rockbridge Citizen Trust Bank. Anthony, Heather and Ms Rahmeke are all very friendly. They call me by my name, it feels so welcoming. A big bank with a small town feel. They are very professional as well. Great job!!
