Been here for over 30 minutes to make a withdrawal from my business checking account. They are asking for much verification to allow me to withdraw cash. I will not say it’s a customer service issue but an issue with this company’s policy. Thus far I providing 3 forms of ID. I gave them a state ID, my Drivers license, a credit card, offered my passport.
Horrible, my mom has had a checking account with them for almost 20 years and no one has ever reached out to her for any money saving interest bearing options!!! The most horrible thing is, I’m now her POA, brought it into the bank and was told, “we have to run this through legal and we’ll get back to you”. It’s been 6 months and we haven’t heard back from them! Took POA to another bank and opened an account as such and transferred all funds from this bank. Horrible customer service!!

I think it's so unprofessional for any business to have incorrect information & business hours advertised. Terrible
