The bank teller was so courteous and very understanding. I had to use the thumbprint and she gave me a napkin. I was so surprised. Usually, I go to Banks and nobody never offer you anything to clean up ink off your hand that was a courteous gesture, and for me, it was very important so cool. I still say this Citizen trust bank and the bank teller for being such a great person. Over being a bank teller but being just authentically a good person, very Rare.
Ms. Cynthia Strickland is very knowledgeable of her job and she has top tier customer service. I give her five stars.
