Great bank
I was running low on checks and on June 31, called the company that I had to call to order more. They said they sent them out without a tracking number. It is very unsettling to think you have so many checks floating around there out in the world and nobody can find them or track them that is ludicrous! When they did not arrive, I called the downtown branch and ordered more on July 21 through them. I was told that to have them overnighted would be $67. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The loan officer is heartless, extremely rude, and downright mean spirited. He thinks giving unwanted and unnecessary life advice to someone he doesn’t know from Adam is his calling and giving it in the most cruel and vicious way possible. Always fast and nice in person. And when I have problems with app, they are always kind and patient. Even though two dogs screeching in background while I'm on phone.
