I came in to pull cash from my account and they told me it wasn’t able to be taken out and said they need permission from the branch where my account was opened. They called that location pretty much asking them to say no and refused to give me my money. I walked out and called the location they had just called, spoke with a rep and she said yes you can pull your money out and raised my limit to withdraw from the ATM.
