This is my go to branch in the area. I have been able to set up multiple checking accounts with ease with the banker. I have also been able to do a balance transfer on a credit card here, and the process was fairly quick considering all the steps. Staff is always accommodating and polite. It’s a convenient location, too.
Worst experience ever working with Kaio and later found out they pulled some illegal crap!!! (See update below) He clearly has no idea what he's doing. He signed me up for a credit card different from the one I was pre-approved for causing it to get denied in less than 2 hours of applying. Worse branch to deal with because the employees are extremely rude and badly trained. I had a very large amount of money there on money market and I removed bc of bad customer service. Today I stopped quickly after a shop at the supermarket (it was 9:22 am the bank opens at 10:00 !!!! ) there was a man employee at the cashier and I just asked him “ Hi how much are you guys paying for money market ? “ simple question for a single answer. Ridiculous fees and terrible customer service. I will not be returning and I will be telling my friends and family to steer clear as well. They treated me like a like of garbage.
