Worst experience ever working with Kaio and later found out they pulled some illegal crap!!! (See update below) He clearly has no idea what he's doing. He signed me up for a credit card different from the one I was pre-approved for causing it to get denied in less than 2 hours of applying. Worse branch to deal with because the employees are extremely rude and badly trained. I had a very large amount of money there on money market and I removed bc of bad customer service. Today I stopped quickly after a shop at the supermarket (it was 9:22 am the bank opens at 10:00 !!!! ) there was a man employee at the cashier and I just asked him “ Hi how much are you guys paying for money market ? “ simple question for a single answer. Ridiculous fees and terrible customer service. I will not be returning and I will be telling my friends and family to steer clear as well. They treated me like a like of garbage.
I went to this branch today twice. June 21, 2025. I needed a simple signed letter from Citizens with my account info for a personal loan I made with a different bank, so they could deposit the money into my account, since I did not had a voided check. On my first visit I waited a few minutes for the teller to finish his personal texting to then call me, told him what I needed, he gave me a payroll direct deposit authorization, I explained to him that it was not for my job/employer, he said it should be accepted.
