Great service from team and new manager
Thanks to Rajju Heka for the great support. She helped me open my account smoothly and guided me through getting the bonus.
Nice people, but incredibly "get a new credit-card" oriented. That isn't even what I went in there for but that's nearly all they wanted to talk to me about.
I don't think I've ever left a review for any service that was comically bad. I want to say the woman was the branch manager - but she talks like she's never interacted with a living creature before
