Had an okay experience. The guy with glasses at the window was yelling about some hockey game and I was unable to get efficient service. Overall my favorite location nevertheless.
Love Anthony and Megan been banking with them for over 15 yrs. No problems at all. Megan help me with all my parents accounts when they passed.
Just a shoutout to Anthony the teller at this CB branch (Giant, Warminster)! He was so helpful and suggested we upgrade our Mastercard which he did while I was in line! He was very friendly and kind and even gave me a nice compliment! Which he didn’t have to! ;) Give this man a raise!!
Terrible experiences on different occasions with Mikayla and Megan. Rude and condescending to customers. I see i am not the first person to mention this in a review. Bank elsewhere.
Very poor experience with Megan, the manager. I needed a bank check for a deposit on a home I am buying and she said she didn’t feel comfortable doing it for me. I had all my account info, we did the verification code then she just said she wouldn’t do it. I went to another location and they did it with no issues.
