The banking hours at this location is ridiculous. I can’t get there before work and they’re usually closed before I get out of work. Have some real hours please
Its one the worst branch I have ever been. Very unexperienced. They know nothing. I waited for an hour to unblock my online banking, and they gave me a number, for customer service. I thought that was the process, but then I went to the another branch, It took 5 minutes to unblock my online banking. Its not only me, they did the same with a guy who was there before me, he was there for some DMV stuff, they tried to do some things, but they ignored that guy completely and he left being furious.
