I had $1,300. taken out of my account, when I went to the Mashpee branch all they gave me was a number to Fraud Department went home and called the people who would help me only spoke broken English, I then went back to the same branch and they were TOO busy maybe I should try the Sandwich branch BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Citizens has been a good bank for me over the years. But I am really writing this review to thank Fenton for helping me out with a new debit card when I severely needed it. He is very professional and makes you feel comfortable. Thank you.

Poor customer service since we opened our acct three months ago. They never ordered our checks, gave us wrong acct numbers delaying our direct deposits. Obtained a cashiers check to buy a car. They wrote the check to the wrong dealership requiring us to make a second trip. Never apologize. Rude and obnoxious staff. Think we will change banks.
