This branch has extremely unreliable hours. They close early unannounced. They "close" for the teller to take lunch unannounced even though there is a customer service rep or manager in the adjoining office. I really do not understand why the person in the office cannot pull her own drawer and assist customers at least while the tellers are at lunch. She could literally just close it immediately after. Not necessarily this branch in particular, but just Citizens Bank in general. Dropped into cash a check drawn off of their bank. Wanted to charge me $7 because I did not have an account with them. $7 to cash a check which comes from their bank. I had a citizens account for almost 20 years. This is one of the many reasons why I left. What a joke.
