Not my usual branch. The one in Cedarville did not have a teller. So no access to cash or coins. This branch is great. They had two human tellers and I did not have to wait long even though it was Friday afternoon. Courteous human interaction. I certainly would not hesitate to visit this branch again.
One staff member was pleasant and tried to help with my problem. The other wasn't pleasant or helpful at all. I had to go to another branch in Kingston for help! They knew I was coming and waited for me to arrive even though they had just closed. These two employees were super nice, super helpful and resolved this week long frozen debit card issue quickly. In addition, they called the Plymouth branch to educate them on how to solve that particular problem in the future. Kudos to Kingston Citizens Bank!
The only good thing about this bank was being open on Sundays? Their website says one set of hours, but they are never open when they advertise to be? Used to be open until 7pm? Then 5 now 3 ?? Which is it? Nevermind the fees to cash their checks,, but to travel there and find it closed is so frustrating? Update your website for cheese and crackers
