BEWARE - Citizens sent me offers for years to open accounts. I opened a checking and savings account and even set up direct deposit with one of the accounts. A few days later they shut the accounts down for no apparent reason and are not offering any explanations. The branch officer was not able to find out any information either. A DISGRACEFUL and disastrous way to do business.

I have been w/ this bank for 2 years. They never ask me so many personal questions for a withdraw as long as I have provided them my debit card w/ pin except today w/ this branch. And the teller do not know how to ask those questions nicely. All he said was company policy, no apology, no sorry for your inconvenience, no customer service! There is a nice way to ask question if the customer do not understand the resaon for such case. Went there to get cash advance from my credit card. I had called in advance to my credit card company and this branch. I was assured this branch could handle the transaction. What transpired was more of a circus. The teller said he could handle it. He didn't know the procedures. The other female teller coached him. It was she who repeatedly questioned me as if I was doing something wrong. At the same time some person inserted himself into the conversation asking what was I going to do with the money?
