All of the people that work here are extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to assist. They have helped me with notary public things. Highly recommended.
Special shout-out to Yanelis and Rachel during my visit. I have been a Citizens' Bank account holder for years and the staff is always great. This particular time around I had rolled TEN ROLLS OF PENNIES and was unsure if the bank would take them. Yanelis not only welcomed me warmly and made me feel appreciated, but she took the rolls and offered to deposit the funds or cash them in for bills, but Rachel immediately gave me the cash and they did not count the hundreds of pennies.
