I absolutely love this Citizens location. They never give me any problems with cashing my payroll check even though I do not have an account with them. I literally drive past the Citizens bank in Lawrence to go to this one. Even though they were short handed the cashier still took the time to verify my paycheck with my company and then called Citizens corporate for authorization since they did not have someone on site to authorize cashing the check.
Honestly I just don't really have any major complaints. There's never any lines which makes the process quick and easy, and for the most part the bank tellers are very nice, especially this guy Carlos who l've gotten to know pretty well over the many years I’ve gone here.
Wont be back , the woman "working" is sitting here doing nothing while everyone has to wait for some other guy . So only 1 person works here at a time???? This is ridiculous
