Called this bank today spoke with Joe Mc Intyre one of the banker from 555 Mount Holly NJ . The rep was extremely rude and disrespectful, All I needed was for him to gather some info for my dad who is 75 yrs old and he kept giving me attitude as if I was annoying or disturbing him. Only for him to hung up the phone on me when I asked him for his name while I was still speaking to him . I was very disturb that a banker will do that to a customer. Not the kind of service I expected from Citizen Bank.
